How About a CRF500L Twin ??

Post by Bart1 »

Not sure if this has been mentioned before but I saw this on another forum, a CB500 twin engine in a CRF250 frame. I wish Honda would do this.

interesting project. love the "just do it" approach. the guy will think about the arising problems later :) I would have gone through all the frame welds though, the stresses will be higher, especially braking at high speeds. and the cracks might start appearing in the places hard to see, until it is too late

I've been following it. Nice project. If he can do it in his shed in a week or two then surely Honda can.
I've no idea how to add a signature.

Just what I am looking for and why don't any manufacturers make something like this, I suppose they new CCM is very similar but at quite a price.

Need to spend more time in the shed.
