I would suggest oil and filters check valves and rockers as these can seize but other than that ride and enjoy it
I love mine

Make sure you bleed the oil system after you've changed it they need to bleed properly
Keith in what way do you mean to bleed it? Just let it drain out fully or something else

If you was to take yours on a 2-3 week trip riding alone what would you look out for or be concered about

Thanks for any advice

£1400 sounds too good to be true. (and you know what they say...)

All documents present? All numbers match with v5? Not written off? Not nicked?

If you've got all the right answers then you've certainly got a bargain.

Best site i found was in USA all parts for all ktm models.

If this was to be my main overland bike I would buy the left hand rear side panel ktm 620 rally tank I saw on that site for 200 dollars, however I will be using the DRZ as I don't think I could ever fully trust a KTM on a long trip.

They are like a super sexy women, great for a short term relationship but never long term as you can't trust them and also high maintenance

Yes I agree, all numbers match all papers present. Full recept from a big car breaking company that has been going since 1975. 2 set of keys

I saw it on eBay after he just put it on to get rid of it for 2k

I sent a message for 1k and we met halfway at £1400 after his counter offer

Bike seems to run amazing on the 5 mile ride I took it on today and starts first time every time

Yes great deal, I was not really looking for another bike but could easy sell it on for more so I brought it but now in a weird non sexual way
I kind of like it, maybe even more so than a 640 ADV as I like the low rally style exhaust, the black wind screen. Also electric and kick as the first 620 were just kick
New tyres fitted aswell... Bonus (thumbs)
