What's your bike called?

Post by Doggo »

Trying to decide what to call my beloved. Thinking it had to be something female and Japanese at first, but it's also a bit of a bruiser and a bit quick too. Hmmm.

What's yours called?

(And only if you like, why?)

My wife named my bike Dib-dib (as in the boy-scout chant dib-dib-dib), she said that's the sound it makes when it's ticking over and it's ready for anything like a boy-scouts bike – I quite like it, so it's stuck.
In June this year I undertook the whole Nature Rally in one trip, in aid of Riders for Health

My TDM is called Charlotte Church, it sounds good, is quite curvy, and I think it's very attractive.

My GS is called Kraftwerk, just because it's german, and sounds good, but a bit wierd.

"Herta" which is a name for a german granny

A bit like the clattering old F650GS!

Herta was also the inventor of the Currywurst in post-war Berlin.
