Quite a common fault on them Tim, if you can't find a replacement I'd be tempted to bypass the kill switch.

Yep great tails to tell they stayed for 2 night , they'd just finnished Africa + a couple of months in Maroc, Tan had caught lurgie in Maroc so chilled out while i took Mick on some "proper trails" !!!! his words not mine (thumbs)

Why do you need one, I've never felt the forks flexing? There again I don't go as fast as you :whistle:

After compairing mine with the Ozy guys you'd think mine were made of rubber !!!! and i'm seriously doing something Africa bound next year :whistle:

Incredible amount of work gone into those bikes. Bet they've given you some ideas Phil!?

Have a look at www.dr-big-shop.de. Plenty of DR bits including fork braces, but probably more prices.

Scaffold pole with 2 end clamps....philotec style...


The Aussie also had proper upside down suspension like my ccm... :P
