That's the case with any bike with spoked wheels. Amazing the number of people who never check them, it's a 2 minute job to sort it.Apophis wrote:Love it Biggest problem is the spokes check them to make sure there are none loose
Re: S10 ???
hello, I have just finished a 3000+ trip with mine and all I can say is !wow!.
mixed surfaces mixed speeds, no matter what I asked it to do it did it without question,
55+ to gallon of fuel, carries weight no problem handles the same empty or full,
will definatly buy another one but not yet, loaded minus me and tankbag.
regards rikki (heavy)

An honest view of an S10?
Its big, its heavy, its awesome.
We have done over 10,000 miles through the winter and love it.
So understated, so just buy it.

Re: S10 ???
Just done 35k miles through North and South America on mine. 2 up and loaded with about 150kg over the maximum and all I suffered was a rear wheel bearing which took an hour or so to change (I had spares with me as I was expecting it to go due to the weight).
I did have a rear wheel collapse also but that was due to me changing the spokes to weaker stainless ones - stupid boy !!
It does what it says on the tin and if you get the ECU flashed, it is an animal.
It does not have the status (I'll was my mouth out later) or the sparkle of a BMW or a KTM, but at least you know it will get you home.
Edit: Oh, and mine has only been serviced by me and it is easy.
