Whilst I found various blogs suggesting there was an option when I got there all I could see were the 2 bolt holes I'd taken the screws out of in the first place. If anyone knows something I don't I'd be pleased to hear.
Assume it is the same as the 1190, see pages 65-66

Tonight I've worked a night shift and managed to install power for my satnav onto my bike and a lovely new carbon fibre/kevlar bash plate.

Happy days.
And now, Harry, let us step out into the night and pursue that flighty temptress, adventure.

Suzuki DR200 Djebel.

fitted my new [mobile phone] wiring/charger to my battery (crf250L).

it went smoothly and as it should .. I waz utterly shocked
the little bolts came off the battery easily,
the inner square nuts did not get out of line or fall into the gubbins, never to be seen again,
nothing rounded off or was rusted on,
the wires threaded easily to the h/bars,
the charger taped on nicely to the h/bars ..
..
it was almost a disappointment :geek:

prepped my crf250L for the Malvern swim rally 8-)

took the rain cover off,
tut tutted at the storm damage [scrapes] from falling over in the recent breeze from the east,
squirted a bit of oil onto the chain,
moved the bike back and forth (yup .. wheels were moving fine),
put rain cover back on.

all done

And you were supposed to have a small pile of unidentifiable parts staring up at you from the garage floor, saying "Did we do something important or did we not? He he he !"

Since you asked, I fitted Pivotpegz and a Touratech folding tip gear lever, to make up for not being able to get to Halesowen to have my fancy suspension installed and set up, ‘cos of the snow.

Not today but yesterday, I changed some wheel bearings as the old ones looked like the been reclaimed from kit that was dumped off the cost of Normandy on D-Day

Well I'd dropped the front wheel off and checked those and thought I'll just nip it round the block to warm the oil up before I'd checked the back. It was a bit interesting

Although I've only just got the bike and assumed the back would have been done when the front was and they were serviceable even if I have changed those as well now.
