Fitted a pair of Michelin Anakee 3's to my Tiger 955i and got all excited ready to try them and...
then noticed the front pads need changed and of course it would be silly not to overhaul the calipers while I'm there and...
Might as well tidy up the welds on the tool tube bracket I fitted to the pannier frame and repaint and...
sort out that dodgy rear indicator connection and...
bollox the suns gone now and the bike shop for pads is shut

New lights for my sexy beast.
Due to horrendous weather I got caught having to ride up single track roads in whales at 11pm at night in the pouring rain and could not see a thing.
So have fitted these

Dug out my africa twin , drain the petrol and put in fresh and gave it a oil and filter change and a good clean.it started on the fourth press not bad for a bike thats been stored for 18 months and hasn't got chokes.

Took my bike for a 10 minute spin before changing the oil and found I hadn't re-connected the fuel gauge and speedo wires after adjusting the valve clearances.Back off with the side panels, fuel tank and airbox!

Stuck a new carb on, high flow air filter and right size jet, got it set up right. Reconnected my main beam and 1 aux light. Reassembled, alter plastics to make them look like theyre meant to go together. Took the plastics back off to patch them and grip wrapped the back of the seat along with putting in some in situ straps as no one is ever going to sit on the back of it.
