The double return around the top of the box works as a dust/water seal as well as having a rubber foam seal inside the lid itself. This adds super strength to the pannier box as well as extra protection for your kit inside the panniers. ;)

Not only are they wicked panniers but I think they come with a truck full of hospitality and the biggest breakfast roll you ever saw.thanks Jim for sorting out Steve's never ending quest for the best kit on the planet and a huge RESPEK to Theresa for keeping hunger locked up way beyond lunch and into the next day.great to meet you both.

From the pics they look very good quality.... and the price is good too.
If I were wanting ally boxes I would be checking these out.

Nice one Jim, if I was after hard luggage....I'd be beating a track to your door (especially if Sallybuns was offering a breakfast roll & a cup of rosie ;) )
