Pretty well reported that this can happen to any phone solidly mounted to virtually any bike. So everyone (not just iphone users) should consider it when mounting their phone.

This has only resurfaced now because Apple have made a statement about it. If Samsung made the same announcement then that would hit the "news" instead.
