Garmin Virb Ultra Powered Mount Wiring.

Hi I have a Garmin Virb Ultra and managed to obtain a Powered Mount for it but I am struggling to get the cable that actually connects to the mount.
does anyone have any idea if I chop the fitting off that's in the picture could I use something else for the connection.
