Windows/MacOS/Linux?
Free/Paid?

Kden Live (Windows/Linux) is free and will do what most "amateur" hobbyists require. https://kdenlive.org/en/download/ There are also lots of helpful tutorials on youtube for this.

Here's a review from one of my youtube subscriptions. Yes it's based on a small Raspberry computer/Linux, but the same principle applies.

Here's a bit of a demo.

I've been using Kdenlive for years, and I've yet to find anything as good without paying through the nose.
Current bike is a Yamaha T7
