Those on/off-road tyres will break traction in the wet earlier than a dedicated road tyre with decent tread, but the dynamics involved aren't very forceful and you can usually save it without a highside.

Treat wet tarmac as gravel and you will be fine. Treat wet tarmac as dry tarmac, and you may end up parking it on its side.

Ride to conditions, ride to your tyres...and thank god if you never had to experience a Japanese road tyre in the wet in the 1970s.

I have e-07 on the tiger and riden in all weather and haven’t had them slide in the wet..... but I do ride like a great big pansy in heavy rain as I don’t see the need in pushing my luck!
I can’t say how good in the muddy stuff as I have nothing to compare them to.
I doubt any of that’s helpful but thought I’d share

Yep, I there for all that too. I was a Roadrunner user.
Back then turbo lag was unheard of...but now who remembers disc brake lag in the wet???

Yes, Yes, Yes, all this nostalgic stuff whilst very interesting isn't helping me with my slippy tyres lol.....So has anyone else experienced tyre slides on the Karoo 3 or am I the only saddo that has..... :?
