Cannot find correct cap for Derbi terra 125!

Cannot find correct cap for Derbi terra 125!

I recently bought a Derbi terra 125, as a fixup and go project. And it needed a new spark plug cap, I have now tried two of them, both do not fit the spark plug hole and spark plug itself! The spark plug is a CR8EB, with the larger welded terminal. Please help as I am starting to pull my hair out!
Side note being, could I change my plug to the CR8E, which does not have the welded on terminal and remove the cap to work with my current second cap, that is an NGK SD05F-R

If that's the only difference between the plugs, then that's what I'd do.

Do you require a resistor or non-resistor plug cap?
