garmin anti reflective screen film?

okay ive got a few garmins nuvi 57,65 ,550 and a etrex20 now has anyone used the antireflective scrren saver films? and do they help with glare from say hi viz jackets or sun from behind shoulders?

looking for solutions please :roll:
