CCM 404 DS starting problem

Sorry way late to this thread......but as a CCM 404 owner. There is the 2 breather tubes on the carb which normally hang down and cause the carb to air lock when the ends get submerged in water crossings stalling the bike. A common mod it to reroute one or both up high under the tank. Pinching those tubes when refitting the tank if they are up there could cause fuel starvation.

Glad you're sorted, but hopefully worth a post in case of future problems.
