Nearly as much as riding
I wash my bikes after every ride - every time
Never put my bike away dirty - it's a sin
You're weird...
Over the years I've found the worst thing to do it put a bike away after washing and leaving it to dry in the shed, wheel bearings getting water in are the worst, so if it's just surface dust/light dirt then a quick hose off (not pressure washer) and leave in the sun.
If it's very dirty then degreaser for chain & sprockets then a good wash using muc off or whatever my local bike shop has in stock at the moment, I do use the pressure washer then on the lowest pressure it has and leave to dry outside for as long as possible, maybe a short ride to help it dry off.
I've been thinking of trying the snow foam stuff on my road bike as it should mean I don't have to rub the bodywork.
