Never mind a screen , if you're doing it on the 400 you'll need something for your arse

Re: Mini screen 400exc
if it helps ive got a simple trick ...using 8ml all thread and sliding a old air hose /anyy hose over it ... brace to the hadlebar stay ..crf 300 is that solid i can hang a montanna on the screen for road work ..and have a 2nd mounting off the yolks for off road ..
any old screen and a dremmel will do klr is a cbr1300 screen 15 quid of ebay ...trim the bottom and its ok for a smaller bike
anyway the main thing is them allthread struts make a pretty dam flap free screen and you can the choose the pitch which gladly is almost certainly away from your face towards the front
....the clip on thing is great for the long road work ..slide it down or remove iit ... i tend to slide it down and have still got me nose and teeth ...... with the full extension its super buffet free ..i am fussy have the mra wing on too but a struted sreen and a cheap clip on extender would be better than summet thats 5 inches too low good part is that once your set up it take like twenty seconds to move it to another bike ...botton pic is slid up ... not as obvouse on the pics but its 6 /7 inches higher and on the road and it really works well on them longer road stints ..its ace
ive two butterfly screws on me weird screen now and its easlily removable to chcuck in me pannier or swap to another bike ... hope that helps

Re: Mini screen 400exc
As per your duff post on the KTM forum , I’ve got a 690 screen you can have.
I’ll drag it out later and post a photo.
Needs new bolts as the old ones were a bit mank. It’s got the usual trail riding / washing scratches but is in good nick otherwise.
