deksawyer & morph - thanks for links but think they are for hard panniers as too long for me at 350mm

I contacted them and found out they ship their complete panniers to UK but not the pannier frames alone
I am working on a plan to get them though

Fairly easy to make yourself with pipe benders and a welder, make two C shapes and weld together,cut tube after bending,

Thanks for idea Felco - maybe when/if I get better at fabrication/welding I'll consider it, but for now taking the easy route
