I've got a seized front axle in a push bike.
Aside from the usual suspects, WD40, GT85 etc..... does anyone know of a specific spray/treatment that'll help me out?
Spray to unseize stuff?
Re: Spray to unseize stuff?
If it's seized due to rust try harpic toilet cleaner. Will eat the rust.

What Hub?, cone and bearing type or something with cartridge bearings?, is the axle Aluminium?, some 20mm aluminium thru-axles are buggers, you have to lash the fork ends together so you can get a decent hit on one end of axle with a hammer/drift

Re: Spray to unseize stuff?
I was shown a spray called Wurth Rost off ice
https://eshop.wurth.co.uk/Rust-remover- ... en/GB/GBP/
by what was my local motorbike shop when I lived in Wales.
http://www.pure-adrenalin.co.uk/
Brilliant shop by the way...do call in if you are anywhere near, loads of interesting gear and bikes and friendly service.
The spray was developed for bomb disposal...you really don't want to try to free off a rusty fuse from a detonator with a blow lamp!
It combines dry ice with penetrating oil...imparts a thermal shock on the components which cracks the rusty crust, then in goes the penetrating oil.
It's really good...especially if you are working on or near fuel system components, paintwork, plastics and rubber.
I got good results by spraying it on, leaving for a few seconds, gently applying a tightening force to open a gap in the direction you want the stuck component to turn, then cracking it backwards.
If that doesn't work, try leaving the assembly soaking in diesel fuel for a week...that seems to get in everywhere and has lubricating/cleaning qualities.
