As you probably remember Phil(?), I put a pair on the AT this year for my Pyrenean trip instead of TKCs. Good grip on and off road, but God are they noisy! Sounds like I've got a couple of circular saws attached!!

Apart from that they give a nice ride - I didn't experience the 'knobbly wobbly' that you seem to get on new TKCs. Thought I'd read somewhere that they are quite durable, but my rear has worn down just as quickly as a TKC. Will need a new one for next years trip, front I might get away with.

They look cool though

Yes i remember now , i only have a back on and to be honest they seem to be quieter than others ive tried , maybe its the front that roars !!!!
