The top one is what I used, unsuccessfully. The bottom one is what the recovery guy used.

User error.
They work well if used properly. Here's a snake-biten tubeless repair fixed with that kit.
Stop and Go are also good: easier to apply, but bulkier to carry, and only good for small holes. Image

There's still a slight air leak so I took it in for a puncture repair. The guy wouldn't do it because it had "Already been repaired once" & would be "Unsafe".
Brand new PR4 with a few hundred miles on it.
If this was a car tyre they'd simply have put a vulvanised patch on the inside to stop air escaping.

I'd take it somewhere else, I'm sure someone will do it

In your opening post you described the damage as a glass cut.
As a tyre pro I would only advise a replacement tyre.
We, the tyre trade, can only repair a hole safely, never a cut.
Cut tyres can be sent to specialists for repair, but not motorcycle tyres.
Nothing to stop you removing the tyre and applying your own patch of course.

Just to clarify, the puncture it was a piece of glass around 2mm x 2.5mm, rectangular in shape about 4mm long. Length ways into the tyre.
The damage to the tyre is no worse than the damage caused by the reaming out,

Buy a vulcanising patch off ebay and do it yourself?
Or, put a bit of "Stan's" in there. Seals up small holes a treat.
