Single again.
I have mentioned this a while ago,but now having ridden some distance I can write from experience. I have been running a single front disc on the 950. It's actually an enduro wheel so has a narrower rim as well. I am also running the same master cylinder which some say won't work. I did this for several reasons, firstly the obvious one was weight, secondly I found while racing my first 950 that the twin set up was over powering the front tyre, to the extent that an enduro tyre would only last a day! No racing any more but even adventure riding it's so much better and the front tyre gets a much easier time of it. I was also surprised that the front Mitas E10 tyre on the narrower rim worked ok on the road, in fact apart from the bike pitching into a corner a little fast the grip levels seemed the same.
