Demontweeks - excellent service and price

Post by Hoggyf »

Needed a set of tyres  and after much trawling trying to find advice on forums on what to buy, you'd think there would be advice on tyres on these bike forum thingumies :woohoo:
Ended up on Oponeo then Demon Tweeks and the Demon was much better and cheaper and for £1 more on delivery they were at my house by 11:00 the next day having only ordered them at 3:00 the day before, pretty pleased with that!
£163.00 ffor a pair of Anakee 2 for my Tiger 800 seemed pretty decent to me! (waits for incoming barrage of you should have gone for........) (thumbs)
Then:
Honda MB5, Honda MBX125, 350LC, RGV250, MTX125, GasGas JTX250, CM 644 DS, BMW R1100S, Beta Rev3 250, Beta Rev4T, Honda XL700V Transalp, BMW F800 GS, Kawasaki Super Sherpa
Now:
Montesa 4RT, Triumph Tiger 800, Beta Alp, Montesa 315

No 'should have' from me.
If you bought what you wanted at a price that you're happy with then that's a good result. (thumbs)

Just remember to go steady for the first few miles........

Good to hear another good news good service story. Thanks for sharing.

Yes I've used them a few times for bits n bobs and they've been great on both delivery and price.

I have recently been looking at these tyres for my GS800, would be interested in your thoughts on them once you have had them on for a while. I'm currently on anakee 3's which came with the bike but the rear is squared off (not by me :))
