Hello folks. I'm having trouble starting my 58 plate KTM Adventure. All I have done is change the oil and filter, which involves loosening of one of the petrol tanks. I have also fitted a Scottoiler. I've put the bike back together and the thing wont start! I have loosened the n/s tank again thinking that I may of pinched the main fuel line but it looks ok. Engine is turning over but not starting. Checked fuses etc. Could there be some pain in the arse problem with the fuel injection? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I do not want to have to take it to a dealer.

Do you mean the one that links both tanks? Or is there another? On the n/s tank I have one of those 'quick' connectors. The trouble I have is that I start a job and do a little at a time and sometimes forget to do things, cheers.

Take it all off and start again if I was you. But the two petcocks need to be on plus make sure the fuel line is put on correctly, the on the left side of the bike. Make sure it clicks into place. How's the battery?

Thank you folks, the bike is now running as it should. It turns out that I never pushed together the fuel line properly. (male/female type). Thanks for your help.
