Cranking speed?

Can you try putting some jump leads onto the battery when starting the bike so that you'll know if it's getting tired?

Yep my new one is a bit like that, used to my 800gs turning over really quickly and the S10 seems laboured but always starts (thumbs)

Hopefully :S not like the KTM530 when it first came out with the decompresser manufactured in reverse :ohmy:

My 2013 model is the exact same. Kind of slow to turn when pressed. Always starts though.

Mines a 2012, not using it much at the moment, started and ran it up sunday..cranks slow, same as always.
Chaos is the only camouflage that incompetence needs to operate at full capacity.



I dunno where that road goes, might as well go take a look anyway there's no where else i need to be right now.

mines 3 years old, same battery and has always sounded like it struggles to turn over. i wouldnt wanna be that little battery turning over a parralel 1200cc motor either. always starts though (thumbs)
i only need one wheel .......... the rear
