Remember this day Al?

Every tyre was struggling in this mud, I made it up the hill with my tkc's, with the help of a paddle

Pirelli mt21 seems to me to be a very versatile tyre
I run them on my dr350, they are fairly agressive but they work surprisingly well on the road ,once you learn to trust them , Feel reals really odd to start with as i think they kinda squirrel around on the blocks but the compound is quite soft so they stick on not at all badly for something thats road legal n looks quite motocross like.

If you want propulsion in mud the tread pattern needs to be that open, a 50/50 road tyre like the TKC or the E09 will fill up with mud between the treads.
the e09 is in a different league to the tkc when it comes to mud
How long do they last? I might look at those for the XT660R. It went off road yesterday for the first time on it's OEM Bridgestone Tailwings and and it was all over the shop.
