Wheel builder/refurber in the Manchester area

Looking to get my XR wheels completely rebuilt - powdercoated, new spokes etc. Does anyone know of someone in the Manchester area who can do this?

Jeff at KB Wheels ( I think they are called) at Bolton, next to what was Doug Hackins' place good affordable service.
