The front end phases out most folk but until you see this in the flesh and have a real in-depth glance around it and pick up all the features it holds you won’t get it. The whole concept did get out of hand somewhat and I’m rather glad it did..!! Bring on the post Brexit Zombie Apocalypse I say..!!

There are ‘L’ shaped pods either side that the panniers sit on, one for extra fuel and one holds water, I can clip on my petrol stove underneath and in less that 5 mins have a shower, a feature for the hotter more remote wild camp locations..!!

Fierce - great job

Ive been following this build for a while now and I have to say great progress on the build. The colour scheme looks well too.

Indeed it’s been a while, about 5 years, sounds too long for a build but I’ve had to maintain a working life + 5 kids to nurture into adult life, Uni etc etc. Been a slog but the bike is almost done, 2020 will see it on the road for some serious testing ready for some serious travels..!!

Fitted with R100GS front forks and paralever rear end - seems quite a good way to go and it has a spoked back wheel. Not sure if there is a spoked hub available that'll fit a standard K75 bevel drive.

Hi mate, not sure if your asking or telling me something here...

The rear wheel is a GS1150 machined/modified hub and rim laced with 4mm H/D S/S spokes and fit straight onto the 'K' bevel box . The front forks are KTM 50mm extremes with a spring upgrade.

This is an awesome build, must have missed this one well done.

I know how long these take as doing a build( half sized series one LR) myself especially in a cold garage.

Sometimes you cant face it but you gotta keep moving forward .

Will you be taking it the the ABR festival?

I won't be no. I'm off to do the TCAT in June, 4 month trip scheduled in, taking my little Honda for that one...…
