Lovely makeover and refurb there Steve. :D

It's funny how the old 'alp sticks in the blood. Phil Henderson aka pigugly, cannot keep away from them! My old one has had two owners (I know both) since I moved it on cos of a knee issue. It's tempting to have her back as I know the lad wants to sell it.. Fettling will have been so so, but it's a Transalp... aka Bombproof.

Bit eeasier off-road than the Vara!!!

And that means that the old girl is now ready to cover some road miles . . . . . once the snow and salt have disappeared

Till the next oily rag refurb (there will be more . . . there always is :D  :D )

Nice refurb/fettling thread....shouldn't it be in xrv.org rather than this site!

Ohhh, that one :D .

Yep, currently planning on popping along to Strontian on the Alp. Hoping to put plenty of miles on it before then though, just to make sure it's all OK
