Fantastic ride report Phil. Great pics and you've really summed the place up. B)

I've never really felt the need to travel to Maroc, but now it's a trip I need to do. :woohoo:

I'm sure I'm not the only one who's read this and now has the "urge".

Now I need to get back on fleabay to find a DR. ;)

Fantastic report Phil and Mark - Mrs S and I have just read through from start to finish and we're honoured to have played a tiny part in it!

Brought back brilliant memories of Morocco* for both of us - we went there in about 1992 although not by bike, we had a beaten up Renault 4! If you go back check out Taroudant on the south side of the Atlas - Marakesh without the tourists! Also Tafraout - brilliant. And Mark - is the Club Twist still in Sidi Ifni?

You didn't miss anything by not staying on in Spain with us - winds over 120 kps in Las Bardenas region when you would have been there and rainfall up to 350 l/m2 per day over in Basque country when you would have been crossing the Pyrenees - I guess doing three laps of Barcelona was a doddle in comparison!

Cheers and thanks once again.

Simon
