Back in 2002 My wife and I did a trip from the UK through Spain
Portsmouth - Bilbao through the Pyrenees foothills, Huesca, Aquezar, Barcelona on my BMW R1100R
I have just returned to biking after 5 years and we have a house near Ceret so I intend to use the bike and retrace our steps for what was a seminal moment in our lives at the time.
Thanks for reminding me of some of the places we visited, it has spurred me on to work out the other places we went.
Alquezar seems to be 6 hours away from Ceret if I take the long way! The rides list is getting longer.
The website that inspired me then was Superblade.com but it doesn't seem to exist any more unless its something else I have mis remembered!

Good couple of days there. You will need some new rubber just in time for October. She is still not showing her age, a little rough round the edges but still very purposeful... Catch up soon
