Simples, take this part of the Vimeo code - 14243961 - and insert it between these brackets [video type=vimeo][/video]

The easy way to do it is highlight the vimeo code and then select vimeo in the video multiselection box in the boardcode (when posting a new message). Hope that's clear but I fear not.

Hey LWR great video!! How long did that take you? Only reason I ask is that I've still not got round to editing video footage from 2004!!! I liked the captions! And the music was fab too...who is that lady with the lovely voice? Thanks for sharing.

I don't know what's happened but the sound just went funny...I got lots of distortion....????

Try viewing on vimeo . turn your sound lower first if you have speakers on your computer . then adjust level on actual video to half way then adjust your speaker (or computer so you can hear) . Sound is fine for me , but I have a Imac ..
