Snowdonia, Wales, UK off road in the snow ☃️

A few weeks ago it snowed. It snowed a lot. A couple of us rode our GSs from London to Wales to go trail riding through that, mostly because we're idiots.
I have to say, it was totally gruelling getting there; the snow was forecast light, and we figured we're adventure types, it'll be fine. Riding through thick snow in the dark is horrible. I've not done it before, and because you can only see flakes coming towards you, the sensation is that you're not moving. I got super travel sick, which is also new to me. It's also (obviously) slippy as hell. Should have been 4.5h, took 10h, and I felt bobbins when we arrived.
BUT! The days riding on Saturday was absolutely stunning. You take it easy on the roads, and the trails aren't that much different than they usually are. Snowdonia beautiful as it is, but in the snow it was extra special.
We took a drone, and got some really nice photos and vids. I spent some time cutting it together recently.
