Sunny Wales for the day on 2 wheels with some great riding mates, what more could you ask for?

Thanks must go to RedEric for leading and Tony for starting the whatsapp group up that we all discuss things on. A nice relaxing ride with the occasional 'spurt' on the NSL's to make the longer stretches less time consuming and to get us to the interesting stuff.

We all met at Lymm services and left on the dot of 6.30am and headed to Newtown for brewstop before doing Crossgates where breakfast was had.

320 miles later and about 7 brewstops we were home for 4.30'ish

When i fathom out how to add photos later i will put some on this thread

cheers

Iam green with envy for you guys. Living in a part of N Ireland where road racing is almost a religion {probally safer than religion lol} and sports bikes dominate, the area is full of power rangers who slip on their leather and ride a dozen miles to the local bike haunts to lie about how fast they went. Most are terrified to put miles on their machines and some of the guys i know are mortified that i put 20,000 miles on a new bike in two years. Of course there are exceptions, members of this forum who know what its all about but their ride outs usually start to far away from me to get there in time so off i go on my todd, Billy no mates looking for back roads to ride, the kind of roads sports bike riders shun like the plague. Ah well enough of feeling sorry for myself. Not long to till Red Erics Strontian run (thumbs)
