exactly they are there to guide...... but they do an amazing job as back up as well when needed. If you can sort your own flat why would you expect others to do it for you.
I have travelled twice with these guys and would not hesitate to go again. (thumbs)

What I think may have happened, the bike was running rich and because of this the bores got washed and due to heat the piston nipped up. So when I get it back it's compression check then head off and possible new piston ect. Do I chuck a 380cc kit in :whistle: or just go back to stock ?

Carb is going off to be cleaned serviced and rebuilt (thumbs)

of course I could be completely wrong about any of the above :pinch:

Cheers Mike was wondering if the rich running washed the bores clean of oil and caused a seize ?

I of course wont be any wiser until I get the bike back in my hands, could be something a lot simpler yet. Although there was a suggested by a Moroccan mechanic who stopped to help that there was no compression ?

The engine spins over freely just wont fire up. it had electrics to the plug that was checked

Not something as simple as fuel not getting to the engine, or was the plug wet with fuel?

So many possibilities. Compression test first. Check the cam operation, followers etc, by turning the engine over with the valve covers removed. Check valve clearances to eliminate bent valves. Check cam timing to eliminate the chain jumping.
