Me and me mate john took both our bikes on tunnel to france then spain.
Took all documents of course for the 3 vehicles. No one asked for anything else and folks on both sides had a look in the back as we went though customs/immigration
This was last september = well last september you could go before covid. like 2018.
If you have concerns ask gov.com or maybe frenchcheese/winegov.com

Another Brexit benefit. My vets want £250 every time I take my dog abroad, just to fill out the 3rd country 16 page document. Don’t even get me started on the re- introduced mobile phone charges. 🙄

Get a French pets passport.. Its easy and saves hassle and money... We have changed our gb pets passports to French you just get rabbis jabs in any schengen zone country... Half price of old gb ones too and no paperwork out of country..

Also the roaming charge isn't happening on most mobile companies... Buy a tesco one...

As for motorbikes as long as the bikes legal owner is accompanying vehicle it's okay.... Not that the v5 is proof of legal ownership anymore..

The WhiteDalton advice doesn’t make it clear that if the owner of a bike in a van is accompanying the bike it is ok. It seems to be a lottery, life used to be so much simpler before Brexit.

There are more changes coming in regarding vans transporting goods to Europe. My understanding is that if the bike owners are all present in the van which contains the bikes, its not a problem provided the van owner doesn't accept any money for any part of the journey.
Current bike is a Yamaha T7

not quite sure wot this thread is about .. but been racking my brain cell for some well known French customs .... let's see ..

. kiss on the cheeks if you are acceptable ... 4 if they really like you.
. not offered English letters, as expected to carry your own.
. stuff snails before they eat them.
. rip frogs legs off.

. lie all over your car if they really admire you.
. put seaweed on their head to amuse you.
. frighten the shite with their seaweed antics.
. applaud displays of insane seaweed.

. produce absolutely stunning girls that can outride you an their 600 enduros.
. have absolutely stunning ladies that lie on the golden southern beaches like its heaven.
. send dubious French English-teachers to Wales to torment their students and locals.
. BB ,, nuff sed.

. produce old French cars that are somehow status symbols of `cool`.
. invent dakars.
. build deadly missiles.
. invent cutting edge death machines.

. live one hour ahead of us.
. s'an ferry ann, and a shrug.
. ce'st la vie, and a shrug.
. appreciate a good long easy lunch.

. really let their politicians know their feelings.
. like the colour yellow.
. drink too much wine.
. show us how its all done.

The amount of kisses is linked to the area, so some French friends told us.
As far as I know:
In and around Paris it’s 2
South east it’s 3
Where our friends live (south of Nantes) it’s 4.
