We have our phones and iPads linked so contacts, bookmarks, apps etc appear on all four.

It works the same with Google and Android too, not only Apple.

It'll be a software glitch with the Huwawei phones.

Incidentally, Apple phones are made in China just like Huawei...

But I suspect the Chinese don’t write the software or even design the hardware.

Probably not.

But Apple are far from perfect. The only thing they do consistently well is over charge.

You can say that again.
They drive me up the wall sometimes but the whole county wide family have them so it keeps messaging simpler.
Never had non Apple so I wouldn’t know what I was missing anyway. Rushed Asian kit catching fire or somesuch doesn’t make me want to change anyway.

It was the batteries that caused the issue not the device.
Both Apple and Android devices will share batteries.

At least the Android kit doesn't snap in half!
