Youngest person to travel around world on a Tenere 700

Just meeting up with a friend this morning at Fowler’s in Bristol. I bumped into a lad called Charlie who at 19 years old is due to set off around the world on his Tenere 700.
He’s leaving on Sunday 29th during the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride from Fowler’s.
Seemed like a nice guy and it’ll be interesting to see how he gets on with the 700.

I was following a a young lad
Ben King ( king of the road) who was traveling on CRF 250. Really good but unfortunately he has hit a snag in waiting to get his Pakistani visa renewal.

I think he calls himself Round the world Charlie. I saw he has a Facebook profile and he professed to being big on Instagram (not my thing though)
Apparently he already holds the world record as the youngest person to cycle around the world!

Next year I am going somewhere else
