First of all, call in advance all parking on this issue.
Another option. You can ask the store chain with certain characteristics.
My friend took a chain with a combination lock and metal that it can not be cut with ordinary tools. It was a bold statement from the manufacturer, he decided to check, took the pliers and the saw and he really didn’t work.
If you find a similar chain, this option will be optimal if you can not figure out the parking lot.

I don't really mind....I live far from such an environment.
