Dartmoor quite campsite or wildcampinv spot

Okay end of month ive a weekend pass so off to dartmoor for a bimble on the country roads.. Need a quite campsite or wildvamp spot... No luxuries required....

For friday, sat night moving along each day....

Last night I was in Sweet Meadows camping. It's the site that inspired the Tiny Campsite book and is lovely if a bit run down. The owners are charmingly eccentric.

Dartmoor is quite a big place, I would be interested to know where sweet meadows is?

Years ago we used to camp at Hexworthy which is about 3-4 miles east of Princetown just a field no facilities at all bar swimming in the river.
