Some of you may have been following the progress of Steph as she rides around the world:

Well after 4 years travelling she is back in Europe and some of us met her for a few drinks last night at Motobreaks here in Limousin, on her home run. An amazing achievement. Every continent. Yes, she is even the first woman to ride a motorbike in Antarctica! All on a CRF250.
For those in the UK, she aims to be at the Ace Café on 18th March, four years after she set off on her adventure, so you can meet her yourself if you can make it down there for the ADV day.

Have been following her travels for the last year or two on facebook. Originally found out about her blog after visiting the loo in a bar in Vietnam and seeing her sticker on the wall

Re: One Steph Beyond
She has a lot of stories to tell, as you can imagine. There will be books and presentations at events etc to come - so it's likely that many of us will see her around.
She told me that of everywhere she has ridden it was Columbia and Ethiopia that she would most like to return to.
What's nice is that she chose a small bike, took her time, lingered here and there, got to know people en route. So different to the mad Saunders sprints which he has milked to death ever since. Some folk travel to take part a bit in the places they go, and some are forever just passing through.

You are spot on there Dave it's all about the journey and on a smaller bike you do tend to be riding a bit slower , well I dodaveuprite wrote: ↑Fri Mar 16, 2018 11:48 am She has a lot of stories to tell, as you can imagine. Quite right Dave. That said, Nick is often quite astute and observant considering he's in and out of a country at such a rate of knots!
