Wibo, this does sound fun. I'd be keen to accompany you (or should that be to blindly follow you) on this Morocco jaunt. I was looking at doing a Morocco trip myself but I'd likely spend the majority of my time lost and alone in the desert, so I figure better to be lost in the desert as part of a group. Do you have space for one more?

I've treated my CRF250L to a mahoooosive 12litre fuel tank in preparation

Did I spot another little 250L planning for the trip? :)
No problem!!!

Read page one for any updates as they come in?

I'll add your name to page one.

Will you guys be going next year too? Think I'd need to build up a bit more experience before I tackle something like this!
Definitely what I'm aiming for!! 8-)

Hi Yam Ten

It;'s an annual ride out so normally yes it'll be next year too. If you get any experience most weekends on gravel and hard pack between now and this October that should be enough to give it a whirl.

There'll be tuition given if you ask for it. We have a system to help riders with less experience and I personally enjoy seeing those type of riders get through a trip because they will pull out something from within themselves to make it so.

Read page one of the invite for more info?

Great stuff Steve....

As in my invite on Page One if any one needs to arrive earlier they can stay in my house until we leave. This might help with pricing off weekend?

P.S. I'll note you've the ferry booked on page one too

There’s normally quite a few people sleeping around the seating areas I always assumed they never had cabins ,
But same as you I had to get a cabin just for myself at least I can chuck my stuff all over the place now

Talking bollocks & drinking is what I’m good at ............. as for the speech I’ve written a few pages so far , just have to practice it a bit in the mirror
On a side note I’ve bought a 640 in bits ( picking it up on tues) if I get it going I might take that instead
Looking forward to food poisoning & the shits !!!
