I'm at my place in Bulgaria right now.
The CCMGP450S with the power upgrades, luggage and sat nav cost me £4000 more than the house!

Is that a typing error?

No, the house cost £7000 ten years ago.
Okay.....we've extended it and bought the adjoining plot.
It was habitable when we bought it, now it's much improved. I guess we've spent another £18,000 on it over the years.
