Road trip to the Erzberg Rodeo Austria advice wanted.

I am planning a road trip to watch the Erzberg rodeo soon and I have never been this way so if anyone has any input on the route it would be much appreciated. Things or places that are worth visiting along the way, nice roads I have missed or better still any easy trails along the way. Suggestions for the route back. Gpx attached to link thanks (thumbs)
