Good evening. Looks like it will be a great trip - I've left it too late to sign up I'd like to do a trip like this next year & have given myself the first half of 2018 to get organised. Is this something that you do every year? If so I'd definitely be interested for 2018. Hope you have a great trip & safe riding

You can still join the ride out if you wish....also, yes I go every year, so 2018 is good to go too.....

I don't charge for guiding on the free trails so if I can make it happen that you can enjoy Maroc so be it.

( As an aside I sometimes guide for free on a lot of those free trails in the Aragon and Navarre regions of Spain too,throwing in the odd wild camp here and there amongst camp sites and cheap hotels/hostels.... Just to know if this is of interest later on. You'll find these free trails on wikiloc.com as I do and are again widely available to download. This is also coupled with the odd tedious, aggravating and annoying enduro moto, local forest ride outs within my French region )

Hi Keith

Looking forward to the trip and meeting up. My moto went back to the menders again today ( hopefully nothing serious - dodgy speedo/clock) I did a 900 mile round trip 2 weekends back and it ran perfectly - then went out to local shops and clocks stopped working !

If I am in any doubt to reliability then I have a BM 650 Sertao that I can use - a bit heavy for me although I do off-road it (Stella Alpina last year) have to see how things go.

Your advice to check out the pearlies (teeth) was sound - I have a 6 monthly check up anyway, but bloody hell - bit on something last night and split a great piece from a tooth, still better now than out there - phew !

So I hope thats all my dramas over. I have been in touch with Al and will ride down with him to Morocco, and meet up with you there.

Funnily enough, had a tooth bridge drop out at the weekend. Booked in to get it glued back in day before we leave...

I'm sure the CCM will be fine fella. If by any chance it isn't you'll have no problems off road on the 650.
