We buy things we don't need
With money we don't have
To impress people we don't even like

Re: Picos de Europa
That looks super, I'll be in the area on the way back from Hiss in May. Any trail routes to recommend? This one looks good:

And now, Harry, let us step out into the night and pursue that flighty temptress, adventure.

I don't think there's a lot of offpiste trailriding anymoreBrenhden wrote:That looks super, I'll be in the area on the way back from Hiss in May. Any trail routes to recommend? This one looks good:

Certainly the bit from the San Gloria pass, past the Bear Statue to Espinama is Verboten - we were chased off that one by local Police and Park Rangers in 2009
I think the Sotres trail is still ok
Local Police use WR250R's to chase off trail riders from once previously usable trails
Happening all over over Europe - trail riding is not popular with the authorities anymore

Well I'm sure the roads will be just as much fun if I'm turned away from the trails.johnnyboxer wrote:I don't think there's a lot of offpiste trailriding anymoreBrenhden wrote:That looks super, I'll be in the area on the way back from Hiss in May. Any trail routes to recommend? This one looks good:
