i have used my Land rover for work as a plumber every day for 29years ,,, it does ant owe me a penny.

it will see me out ,,, no tax ,,, cheap insurance, cheap parts!!!!

its now 52years old but a bit like triggers broom .

a bonnet, door or wing off a new one will bolt right on no other car manufacture can claim this and over 70% are still on the road.
theres a lot of bikers have them :)

After three Lada Nivas.
1 series 2a 1968
2 series 2a 1963
3 series 2 1961
4 Discovery 1996
5 Freelander 2 2008
6 Freelander 2 3011

A bit of an addiction I agree!

We spent 3 years overlanding in a discovery in stead of a defender for all the earlier reasons defenders are so uncomfortable and if your spending all day in the seat you need comfort unless your 21 years old and want to be bear grills lol

I have had my Discovery 2 TD5 for nine years now. Still love the auld girl.

I've had 90 and 110 Defenders, Troopers, Fourtrak, Frontera LWB (better than you would imagine), 300Tdi Disco. They all had wee niggles and problems.

But I have never owned any car as long as I have the D2. Bought an estate six months ago, intending to sell the Disco.

The estate is up for sale
