Nordkapp - Is it road all the way, now there's no ferries?

Agree with the above post, ferries are good, service and reasonable prices I thought. Roads south from Kristiansund/Tronheim down to Sweden via Lillehammer is a fantastic route, go clockwise up west coast Norway, Kristiansand and back down east coast to Sweden, across bridges to Denmark. Took me 2 weeks but a month would not be enough to see everything.
