Plans for 2014 ...

Post by Mul001 »

I'm ashamed to say I've never been to the Orkney Isles ... yet. That is to be remedied in late June this year, and boy I'm looking forward to it. If it's anything like the Outer Hebrides it'll be grand. I'm going have to peel myself away from all the Archaeology. 1 week won't be enough. but if you like somewhere it's always possible to go back too.

What are other folks plans, escapades, must do's.

chrz Mul.

Ecosse, France, Spain and New Zealand at the end of the year and if things are going to continue the way the year has started I will be busy and hopefully a little better off so I can afford some more petrol. 2 years building a premises and started a new business so '14 looks to be a good year

Travel far, travel well

cheers Spud ;)

Aside from the usual pottering around, and the HUBBUK it's 2 weeks in Morocco on a slightly inappropriate, slightly custom 125cc bike with my mate Tricky and hopefully 8 others on the same slightly inappropriate, slightly custom small bikes.

Having seen Elle's writing about NZ I'm hugely jealous and really regretting I didn't go when I had the chance, it looks like God's own country. Good luck with the new business btw.

Thank you, and NZ is very much like the UK but instead of 3000 foot mountains they have 12,000 and a touch of Norway thrown in on the south island and a touch of Iceland on the North island plus its sub tropical up north and cold down south, pity it's so bloody far away

cheers Spud

I have two trips planned this year. The first will be a quick hop over to the Netherlands with a couple of mates for the Assen MotoGP in June. Then in July, Alison and I will be heading east to Romania taking in around 14 countries and 4,000+ miles.

One very big trip coming up. Riding from London to Xi'an China. Leaving on May 3rd and all going well back home by the beginning of July. Very excited.
