Where could I go for winter vacation with adventure biking?

Hello Community!
Would like to spend my winter vacation somewhere with warm climate. I would love to do during my vacation time some adventure biking too.
Because I never was far away from home I would be happy to get some suggestions.

South Africa would be a good place to start. Masses of amazing riding, and coming into summer as UK moves into winter.

A few years ago I went to Andalucia for a weeks riding. Lovely weather, especially down by the coast.
Could get a bit chilly in the hills though.

if I had gone on my bike...

Go give New Zealand a try, you'll feel at home with the scenery plenty of hire companies and adventuring riding companies out there

Your suggestions sounds realy thrilling. I already was in South Afrika and New Zealand but not yet for adventure biking.
Andaluicia is surely nice but a bit to cold for me to spend my winter time there.
Has one of you tried to do it in Thailand? Would be great if I could combine it with renting a private speadboat.
